"Before starting with Andrea, my regime with my old trainer was strictly strength training at the gym. Despite all the weights I lifted, I could barely do 5 push-ups on my knees when I started with Andrea. At my last session with Andrea, I busted out 36 “manly” push-ups! I can tell that Andrea’s style of training has really increased my overall fitness… not just how my biceps look when I flex. I am able to push harder for longer periods of time… something that I did not experience in my all traditional weight workouts of the past.
