Andrea grew up in a very healthy eating family & learned early on how to eat colorfully & avoid processed foods. Her mom's Jane Fonda VHS tapes rounded out her exposure to exercise as a kid in the 80's, as Andrea watched her do tricep kickbacks & hamstring curls during her morning workouts!

Despite all that influence, in her early twenties Andrea veered from her healthy habits (hey, it happens) & as a result gained 20 pounds on her 5'6 frame. Worse, she felt awful, nothing fit, & it's no surprise that she didn't want to go anywhere or even get off the couch.

Fed up, Andrea hired a personal trainer who taught her how to eat to fuel her body (not starve it), strength train, & perform cardio efficiently. She became hooked & is proud that years later in her thirties look & feels better than in her twenties.

After years in the corporate world of advertising, in 2008 Andrea decided to pursue her passion for exercise & nutrition full-time.

She is passioniate about sharing what she's learned with clients who are motivated to change. Her commitment is toward building a healthy lifestyle that does not involve hours at the gym & low-calorie diets, but instead an overall happiness & energy level that results in an an overwhelming desire to actively live life.

Andrea has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration, has written nationally on fitness & nutrition, & is the author of Moan Out Load Protein Shakes—a natural, organic, & powder-free recipe collection.

Andrea loves to be in the sunshine & travel, hike, exercise, cook, entertain, read, explore, & spend time with family & friends.
